2. Eligibility for Refund
The refund is available exclusively for the original purchaser of the Snow Luxe Premium Luxury Orthopedic Dog Bed.
We want you and your pup to love your new dog bed! However, due to hygiene reasons, once the package is opened and the bed is unvacuumed, we cannot accept returns.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in like-new condition, free from excessive wear and tear, damage, stains, odors, or any other alterations. The product must be used as intended (for pet use only) and maintained in accordance with the care instructions provided.
*Orthopedic Foam Compression & Recovery Disclaimer
This product is vacuum-compressed and rolled for delivery. As a result, upon unpacking, the internal orthopedic foam may appear compressed, flat, creased, uneven, or temporarily misshapen. This is a normal and expected condition caused by compression during packaging and transportation and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
The orthopedic foam is designed to gradually re-expand once exposed to air. Please allow up to 7 to 10 days for the foam to return to its intended shape and thickness. Recovery time may vary depending on ambient temperature, foam density, and duration of compression during transit.
Temporary compression marks or unevenness do not affect the product’s structural integrity, orthopedic support, comfort, or intended performance once fully expanded.
To facilitate optimal recovery, place the product flat in a room-temperature environment and allow the foam to breathe. If applicable, partially opening the inner waterproof liner may help speed up expansion.
By purchasing this product, the customer acknowledges and accepts that temporary compression-related appearance changes are normal and not grounds for return, refund, or exchange, provided the foam substantially recovers after the recommended recovery period.
3. Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be honored. 4. Return Shipping
